- Streamlining entry submission pages - FINISHED
- Collaborative works - As of last check, this is Raynovac's current major project. Once implemented, the Co-author system will allow a user to designate an entry as co-authored, enabling selected other users access to work on and modify a co-authored entry.
- Additional importers - No word yet on when any of these will be up, but users will eventually be able to import their submissions into the You-fic.net system from sites besides FFN.
- Recommended reading - Say you have a lot of stuff in your bookshelf (your favorites list, essentially) that all share the tag "dragons" or "Harry Potter" or something like that. This tool will select other stories that share those tags and display them at the bottom of the My Account page to help you find other entries that may be relevant to your interests. Or you can ignore them; it's entirely up to you.
- Front page counters - Fairly minor thing and likely to be up before big projects like the Co-authoring system, but we want to add a little counter to the front page that reads something like "X writers have posted Y entries; A stories and B quizzes!"
- The Fanfiction Writers' Workshop Quick Reference Guide - FINISHED It's in the Other section, and will be linked in the forum as well.
- Writers' Workshop Convention Schedule - Our most recent appearance was at Fanime 2011. We haven't got concrete plans yet, but we're aiming to be at Anijam and Pacific Media Expo this year, and we're already planning for Fanime 2012.
As we get nearer to completing various projects, we'll be able to give a more concrete date on when a feature will go live, and we're always open to ideas and suggestions in the aptly named Help and Suggestions forum!
